1. Do you ship across Australia?
Yes, we offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide. All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. We usually dispatch within 24 hours on business days. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to New Zealand, the UK, the US, and other destinations. Flat rates apply to selected countries. For all other locations, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
3. Can I collect my order in Canberra?
Yes — local pickup is available at our Fyshwick Markets stall, Thursday to Sunday, 9am–4pm. Leave a note at checkout saying “pickup from market” and we’ll prepare your order. The shipping fee will be refunded after pickup.
4. Are returns accepted?
Yes, returns are accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. See our Returns Policy for more info.
5. Are your tablecloths made in France?
Yes — many of our tablecloths, napkins, and tea towels are genuinely made in France. Some scarves and accessories are French-inspired. The product description clearly states each item’s origin.
6. Are your scarves gift-wrapped?
Yes — all scarves are carefully wrapped at no extra cost. Gift wrapping at checkout will be added in the future.
