Description & condition
The dining table features a solid oak parquetry tabletop, framed by a carved edge and supported by beautifully sculpted cabriole legs.
The parquetry table top shows visible age-related wear and patina, including small separations and surface marks, consistent with a genuine vintage piece. These are cosmetic only and do not affect the strength or stability of the table. Many owners choose to enjoy the table as it is or use a tablecloth to protect and enhance the surface.
The extension leaves are solid wood (without parquetry), which is typical for this style and period. The table is structurally sound, stable, and well proportioned.
This table is in genuine vintage condition. Signs of wear are part of the beauty and authenticity of antique and vintage furniture, reflecting its age, history and craftsmanship.
